PKR Beta is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register and place bets. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified.
Each individual is allowed one PKR Beta account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent limits may result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
All promotional bonuses at PKR Beta come with wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Full terms appear on the Promotions page.
All transactions on PKR Beta are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported cards are processed to your account balance. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
You are responsible for keeping your PKR Beta login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR Beta will never ask for your password by email or chat. Any activity under your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach promptly.
Use of automated software, bots, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit technical errors in odds, or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. PKR Beta reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited.

By accessing, browsing or using the PKR Beta platform — whether via the website at pkrbeta.win, the mobile app or any other PKR Beta service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PKR Beta.
These Terms should be read together with the PKR Beta Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where any promotional offer or specific product section carries its own terms, those supplementary terms also apply and should be read alongside these general Terms.
If you access PKR Beta on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out below.
To register and use PKR Beta you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis while your account remains open:
Age Verification: PKR Beta reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold withdrawals pending successful age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period where the account holder cannot confirm they were 18 or over at the time of play may be voided.
Each individual is permitted to hold one PKR Beta account at a time. If you already hold an active account, you may not open a second account under any circumstances — including using a different email address, phone number, payment method or device. Attempts to hold multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. PKR Beta may request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, and failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or services. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKR Beta support immediately. PKR Beta will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
PKR Beta reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour towards staff or other users, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or to other users. Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
PKR Beta processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported debit or credit cards. Mobile wallets — including JazzCash and Easypaisa — are treated as first-class payment options on the platform and are available to all registered users who have completed account verification.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used and your current account verification status. VIP tier members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits — see the VIP page for more detail.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. PKR Beta aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals typically complete faster than bank transfers. Withdrawals on accounts that have not completed full identity verification may be delayed pending document review.
You must only use payment methods that are in your own name. Using a payment method registered to another person — whether or not you have their permission — is not permitted and may result in the withdrawal being reversed and the account being reviewed for compliance.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed without currency conversion — your PKR lands in your account balance exactly as deposited, with no hidden exchange rate applied.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers issued by PKR Beta are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms. These terms are published on the Promotions page and, where applicable, on the individual promotion detail. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds and time limits for each promotion are detailed on the Promotions page. Bets placed on certain markets — such as heavily odds-on selections or certain casino side bets — may not count towards wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously in a way not permitted by the applicable promotion terms may result in the excess bonus being removed from your account.
PKR Beta reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically hedging bonus bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or placing bets that clearly do not reflect genuine sporting interest and are structured solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimum risk.
PKR Beta may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while you have an active bonus on your account, the terms in force at the time the bonus was credited to you will generally continue to apply until the wagering requirement period expires, unless a different approach is communicated to you directly.
All bets placed on PKR Beta are final once confirmed. The confirmation screen shown after you submit a bet is the record of your accepted wager. You are responsible for checking that all bet details — selection, stake, odds and bet type — are correct before confirming. PKR Beta does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described in section 6.3.
Cricket is PKR Beta's primary sport. Markets are available on Pakistan international fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup and other major international tournaments. In-play betting is available on selected cricket fixtures, with markets updated on a ball-by-ball basis where technically supported. Specific cricket betting rules — including how rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, abandoned matches and player withdrawal markets are settled — are detailed in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned where there is a clear and demonstrable error in the odds published — for example where a technical fault has caused odds to be published at a price that bears no relation to the true market probability of the outcome. PKR Beta also reserves the right to void bets where the result of an event is uncertain due to external interference, match fixing allegations under active investigation, or force majeure events that make settlement impossible or unfair.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to slight delays and may be suspended at short notice during critical phases of play. Bets placed during a period when the market was technically suspended — even if the platform briefly appeared to accept the wager — may be voided. Network latency between your device and PKR Beta's systems is beyond our control and bets are accepted at the moment they are received and confirmed by our system, not at the moment you click.
Casino games available on PKR Beta — including slots, table games and live casino — are provided for entertainment purposes. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealer-operated equipment streamed in real time. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available in the game information panel within each game.
Live casino tables operate within scheduled hours that may vary. During periods of high demand or technical maintenance, certain tables may be temporarily unavailable. PKR Beta does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific casino title or live dealer table.
Minimum and maximum bet limits on casino games are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, by table and — for VIP players — by account tier. Casino winnings are credited to your PKR balance in real time and are available for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal conditions described in section 4.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, modify or create derivative works from any PKR Beta content without prior written permission. Scraping odds data, reproducing betting markets or republishing any PKR Beta content for commercial purposes is specifically prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
PKR Beta provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays or data loss at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, server issues and circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR Beta's total liability to any individual user in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
PKR Beta is not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials, your failure to read and understand applicable betting rules or bonus terms, or decisions made based on information you sourced independently from outside the platform.
PKR Beta reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — we will notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications or administrative updates may take effect without individual notification.
Continued use of PKR Beta after an amendment has been published and, where applicable, notified to you, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account status before the changes take effect.
The version of the Terms that was in force at the time a bet was placed or a transaction was initiated will generally govern any dispute arising from that specific bet or transaction.
